WHAT WE HELP WITH
Easing common discomforts of pregnancy
Pregnancy brings some of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging days for many women. By gently supporting the nervous system and promoting balance in the pelvis and spine, mums can feel more comfort, move more freely, and enjoy their pregnancy more fully.
Having a balanced pelvis means your baby is more likely to get into a good position for birth. Even a slight external twist can create significant internal tension, making it harder for the baby to rotate into an optimal fetal position.
Chiropractic care is wonderful for managing these bone and ligament imbalances, and restoring normal pelvic function

Is chiropractic care safe during all stages of pregnancy?
The short answer is yes.
Pregnancy-specific techniques like Webster are designed to be gentle and safe throughout all three trimesters. We use pregnancy pillows and side-lying positioning so you remain comfortable as your body changes. No X-rays are used during pregnancy.
This technique does not apply any direct force to the baby and is both very comfortable and exceptionally safe throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Starting care earlier on in pregnancy allows more time to support balanced pelvic and nervous system function.
