Meet our Team
Mabel Soo
Founder, Principal Chiropractor
Mabel holds a chiropractic degree from RMIT University, Australia, and has completed extensive post-graduate training in prenatal, pediatric, and general chiropractic techniques. With years of hands-on experience in family wellness and nervous system-focused care, she combines clinical precision with honest, compassionate care in every session.
She began her career in Singapore’s first and only prenatal and pediatric practice, which allowed her to witness the transformative results of chiropractic care for children. She went on to serve in Singapore for 6 wonderful years before returning to Kuala Lumpur in 2024.
Mabel founded Ease with a clear purpose: to create a supportive, and family-friendly space where people—especially pregnant women and children—could receive personalized, effective care that honors the body’s natural healing ability.
She believes health care should be proactive, not reactive, and that when we look after the spine and nervous system, we allow the body to thrive.
Today, Ease Family Chiropractic stands as a reflection of that vision: helping families across Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur ease into health—naturally and confidently.
When not at work, Mabel enjoys meditating, spending time in nature, and curling up with a good book. She’s currently reading Gabor Maté’s ‘The Myth of Normal’.
