Building healthy foundations, from day one

Chiropractic care is the safest way to naturally help children thrive, without needing medicines. Life can be challenging for some children, and getting their nervous system checked can prevent many health challenges in the future.

Concerns we support

From the first weeks to the teenage years

0–6 months

Breastfeeding & latch difficulties

Difficulty latching, a preference for one side, or fussiness during feeds can be related to restricted neck mobility.

0–6 months

Reflux & projectile vomiting

Frequent spitting up or forceful vomiting after feeds, often alongside fussiness and tension around the neck and upper spine.

0–12 months

Constipation

The nervous system regulates digestion. Gentle support can complement medical care for constipation or feeding-related challenges.

0–12 months

Head tilt (torticollis) & flat spots

A preference to look one way can lead to flattening on one side of the head. Early support helps re-establish symmetrical movement.

School-aged

Growing pains & sports readiness

Aches in the legs at night, discomfort during growth spurts, or recurring sports niggles — we help children adapt to their changing bodies.

School-aged

Gait abnormalities

Knock knees, in-toeing, out-toeing, or persistent toe-walking after age 3 could be signs of imbalance in the spine and nervous system.

All ages

Sleeping issues

Trouble settling, frequent waking, or restlessness. We look at how the nervous system is regulating and rule out musculoskeletal contributors.

All ages

Posture, clumsiness & milestones

Asymmetric crawling, late walking, frequent tripping, or W-sitting habits. We assess developmental movement patterns.

Why check a baby’s spine?

The birthing process can place significant stress on an infant’s spine and skull — more so with an invasive or C-section delivery. Nerve system stress, left unaddressed, can impair a child’s ability to function in a state of optimal health and wellbeing.

Does it hurt?

We use specific, gentle techniques tailored to each child’s age, body size, tone and needs. For infants, adjustments are extremely light — sometimes no more than the pressure of a fingertip.
